We had a great PSEO Meeting on Feb 4, 2010.

We are in need of assistance with the following ministries and activities:

Scrip Coordinator- Ongoing through the year… Advertising, ordering and delivering Scrip Gift Cards. This is a great program that earns extra money for our school activities. If you are interested please contact Shannon Brack shannonbrack@gmail.com . Shannon is no longer able to coordinate this program due to a conflict of being an employee at the school, she will happily train and assist anyone interested, without a new coordinator this program will stop immediately so please prayerfully consider if this might be something you would like to work on.

Dads get out your board shorts! Casual Beach Attire! A Night of Fun, Food, and Special Memories! Vintage Car Show from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Then dance the Night Away from 6 - 9 p.m.!

 

Where: AVCS Multi Purpose Room

When: March 13, 2010 from 6 - 9 p.m. with a vintage car show from 4:30 - 6 p.m.

Grandparents Chapel - Wednesday, March 31st… Phil Totman phil.totman@cox.net (949-322-1948) is coordinating the event and we still need leaders for the following committees: Parking, Hospitality, Decorating, Communications, Staffing, Set-up & Tear-down.

Uniform Sale - Thursday, April 22nd… Many of you know Dennise Ogar has been organizing the uniform sales, however she is now working in the school Computer Lab full time and will no longer be able to set up the used uniform sale. We are in need of a new Uniform Sales Coordinator, if you have any interest please contact Dennise Ogar at dogar1@cox.net , Jeannie Thompson (jeannietom@cox.net 949-380-4343 home 949-433-5806 cell) or Tammy Walsh (muckertammy@aol.com).

Used Book Sale- Thursday, April 22… Need Lead and assistants.

Chuck E. Cheese Restaurant Fellowship Night- Tuesday, April 27… Need Leader

Moms & Muffins- Tuesday, May 4th in the morning before school starts… Need Dads for this one… Coordinator and assistants needed.

Dads, Donuts & Devotions- Tuesday, June 8th… Coordinator and assistants needed

Restaurant Fellowship Night- Monday, June 14th… Need Coordinator to select Administrator approved Restaurant, reserve date, advertise to school families & friends.
