Getting to know Mrs. Murphy

My name is Melissa Murphy and as the Data Administrator for Aliso Viejo Christian School, I am responsible for assisting with the accounts payable and receivables, Edline administration, and bandage and icepack central.

I began my career at AVCS wearing the bright orange vest proudly on the playground and drop-off duties as a supervisor where I had the pleasure of getting to know all of the students. I have been truly blessed with the opportunity to continue my work with the school ministry in a different capacity in the school office.

My husband, Kevin and I have been married for 13 years. Our daughter, Natalie is in 3rd grade here at AVCS. The three of us attend church at Aliso Viejo Church of the Cross. Our family is very active in Taekwondo, Basketball, Track and Girl Scouts. We love the pool, the beach, travel, long road trips, movies and spending time with our family.

What a wonderful school we have in AVCS. It is a privilege to be a part of this ministry being able to witness His work in our children each and every day.
