Getting to know Mrs. Winters

Hello… My name is Kim Winters and this is my 8th year working at AVCS. I love working here and can’t imagine myself anywhere else!

My husband Bryan and I have been married for 21 years. We have 3 amazing girls, 1 of which is in 7th grade here at AVCS. Our daughter Rachael will be a freshman at Laguna Hills High School and our oldest daughter Lauren will be a senior. Lauren started here at AVCS in 1999, the year that AVCS opened, so our family has been around here for a long time and have enjoyed seeing the school grow over the years. We had a new addition to our family in May, our fun-loving yellow lab. Her name is Bently and it is true that a dog makes a house a home.

I love relaxing in our pool during the summer and reading as much as I can. When it isn’t too hot, I like to garden. In the fall I love going to Laguna Hills High School football games. I LOVE Starbucks and Diet Coke and going out to dinner whenever I can.

I feel so incredibly blessed to be able to be a part of this wonderful ministry and to have the opportunity to work where my girls have gone to school. I pray that you will feel the presence of Jesus Christ in all that we do.
