Practices will be on Mondays and Thursdays from 3:15 pm - 4:30 pm.

Winters, Kerry Ashkenaze, Morgan Pascoe, Rachel Brack, Michaela Adams, and Ryan Pham for outstanding
running in 101 degrees! Thank you also to our great coaches – Darlene DeFord, Mark Pascoe, Julia Dorius,
Kim Pham, and Lisa Adams.
