Lutheran Church of the Cross Preschool Registration
Please share with any interested friends and neighbors about the registration for our preschool for the 2008-2009 school year! It will begin on January 29th with church member families with returning students. Children must be 3 years old by September 1st. If you have any questions, please call the preschool office at

RATES AND FEES 2008-2009 SCHOOL TERM
Application fee (non-refundable) is $100 (new students only).
Registration fee (non-refundable) is $500 for Kindergarten through 8th grade.
The application and registration fee must accompany the application for admission along with all necessary paperwork and forms (ex: birth certificate and immunization record). All registration and application fees are non-refundable and/or non-transferable, unless the school declines to accept a student.
TUITION
Tuition is payable in 10 monthly installments (July 10-April 10).

Being a member of Church of the Cross or Mission Lutheran implies that a member would give in offering the equivalent to the amount discounted from tuition. Please see the LCC Member Parent-School Covenant.
THE ARK
(Extended Child Care)
Child care costs will be based on the program in which your student(s) is/are enrolled. Fees are charged monthly and are due on the 1st of each month for the month the student will be enrolled. There are four programs available to meet your needs. Child care will be provided during ACSI Convention, Christmas Vacation, and Easter Break (only if there are a minimum of 10 students signed up).

Prior to enrollment, the following are required:
• All enrollment forms, tuition/parent agreement and application fee.
• Birth certificate.
• Most recent report card, student testing reports (SAT), and admission test for students entering 2nd–8th Grade.
• Kindergarten and incoming 1st grade students – Chancy and Bruce
Developmental Screening.
• Copy of immunization records.
• Payment of non-refundable application and registration fee (unless we are unable to place your child).
• Completed student recommendation form (should be mailed or faxed from previous school).

Any family may register on or after their assigned date and time.
Admission Policy

School Times: The school day will begin:
Grades 6-8 8:00 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.
Grades 4-5 8:15 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Grades 1-3 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Kindergarten 8:30 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.
Extended day care (The Ark) will open at 7:00 a.m. and close at 6:00 p.m.(see enclosed “Rates and Fees” sheet for costs and options)
